GoBiGas caught the interest of Prince Charles
Friday 23 March, the British Embassy arranged a roundtable discussion with Prince Charles at the Royal Castle in Stockholm. The project director of GoBiGas Åsa Burman was personally invited to the meeting along with a selected number of guests with the purpose to share their experiences and current projects.
It was Prince Charles himself who wanted to meet innovative bioenergy companies and beyond Åsa Burman, representatives from inter alia Svebio, Holmen, Läckeby Water Group, Malmberg, SP and Lantmännen. The talks focused on what each one works with in the bioenergy field and current projects, development areas and what the UK could learn from Sweden.
Prince Charles informed the participators about the ongoing work to build anaerobic digestion plant at royal estates and that one of the plants would begin to deliver gas on the British gas network within the next few days.
