GoBiGas project organization

The GoBiGas-project is driven by approximately 25 people with many varying competencies and backgrounds. Project roles are, among others:

Project director
Project coordinator
Purchasing director
HS/QA/Risk manager
Environment manager
Project controller
Sub-project manager for gasification, methanation and auxiliary systems, respectively
Technical project manager
Engineers with competence within process, mechanical, instrument, civil, construction and electrical engineering
